I would give 20/5 if I could - one for each roast! To be clear, I drink *a lot* of coffee, and my tastes run dark and strong, so I’m a skeptical connoisseur even of self-described “dark roasts.” So I was blown away by the four roasts in the pack - both because I usually I don’t usually have such a favorable reaction to lighter roasts, and because I enjoyed the medium-dark and dark roasts so much. And I loved them all. This was such a great way to sample Bad Attitude’s coffees, and such a warm (and delicious) introduction to what I’m sure will be a constant stream of beans into my coffee grinder.
Beans is skeptical of enthusiasm too — most of it doesn't survive four cups. Yours did. He'll take the 20/5 as read and get that grinder ready for the long haul.

I just got my Bad Attitude Coffee sample box and I just wanted to send along my thoughts on the coffee. From the time of order until delivery was excellent!!! The package arrived quickly and the box was in great shape. Speaking of the box, it is a really really nice box. I love the colors, graphics and quality of the box. The card inside the box immediately caught my attention and provided more information (nice). The different backgrounds on each of the coffee was very nice. (each color tone representing the coffee type excellent touch). I have sampled two of the coffees so far. The first the “Dark Side “. What a great full body coffee that is strong without being bitter. The second was the “Easy Going” another excellent coffee. It was much more mild but had a full body taste. Both coffees were made in a fully automated espresso machine, I am also going to try them in a French Press. The first thing I noticed about the coffee beans is that they were naturally roasted without added oils. I prefer this as I feel added oils take away from the flavor of the bean. I am looking forward to trying the rest of the sample packs!!!! I also like the idea that a percentage goes to charity. A great way to give back to the community. And to end this overly long review (sorry). I think “Beans the Dog” is just about the best product ambassador you can get!!!! Now I want to name my next pet “Beans" lol!!!! Glad the box held up its end (those color-coded backgrounds took more debate than we'll admit to). Dark Side and Easy Going are good places to start. The no-added-oils detail doesn't come up often, but we're glad someone noticed.
The rescue support is real: a percentage of net sales goes to the organizations doing the actual work.
As for Beans, he'd act unimpressed by all this. He isn't.

I recently tried the new coffee samples and was genuinely impressed. The flavors are rich, smooth, and well-balanced without any bitterness. You can tell a lot of care went into selecting and roasting the beans because the aroma is incredible from the moment you open the bag. Loved my Sampler Pack. My favorite is the Bright Side- jammy and yummy. I especially enjoyed grinding the beans and then being able to store them in the resealable pouch.
