There’s a reason coffees from Yirgacheffe have a following. This washed Ethiopia from Banko Gotiti is delicate, sweet, and exceptionally balanced, with floral aromatics and bright tropical fruit.

Expect agave, mango, guava, jasmine, and lemon, with a candy-like sweetness that keeps the whole thing lively without getting carried away.
